What you will do

• Support the Head of Legal in executing the department’s strategic plans and initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage the Legal Department’s daily activities and guide the team to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on regulatory developments impacting the organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on key legal projects.
• Develop and improve internal legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the office in Larnaca, Cyprus.
