TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Delivery): Designing new 0-to-1 products within the New Bets team across domains like restaurant discovery and financial services with an accent on early-stage product discovery and concept validation. Focus on turning ambiguous problem spaces into clear design directions and building coherent mobile-first experiences from scratch.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 3 days in office each week)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from problem framing and discovery to interaction design and quality assurance.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, well-scoped design directions for the team.
• Validate concepts early through direct user engagement and rapid prototyping to reduce ambiguity.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align goals.
• Lead through influence to maintain high quality and momentum within fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong 0-to-1 experience and the ability to build coherent experiences from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong mobile-first design sensibility.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and lead through influence.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace or multi-sided platforms such as ride-hailing, food delivery, or e-commerce.
