✅Location: Europe (Poland preferred)
✅ English level: B2 or higher
✅ Contract type: UoP+UoD/UoZ /B2B
✅ Remote, FullTime
 
Expectations:
- Strong full-stack coding skills with ability to build end-to-end solutions.
- Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code–level or similar).
- Experience building full-stack solutions using AI.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to design and implement automation to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.
- Strong experience with Linux.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker in containerized environments.
- Experience with performance testing and benchmarking (throughput, latency, IOPS).
- Intermediate knowledge of S3/Object Storage and I/O patterns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with NVIDIA stack (CUDA, GPU containers, AIDP).
- Experience with GPU workloads and scaling strategies.
- Experience with S3 over RDMA.
- Experience writing technical documentation (architectures, blueprints).
- Experience with hardware/BOM validation (Supermicro, HPE, Lenovo).
 
Responsibilities:
- Build automation solutions to improve internal workflows and infrastructure.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and optimize engineering processes.
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into working software solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across systems and processes.
- Deploy and operate VSS in production environments.
- Design and optimize GPU scaling strategies.
- Implement and integrate S3 over RDMA.
- Integrate Pyramid with VSS and related infrastructure components.
- Lead development of AIDP Product Flavors (RAG, KV Cache, VSS).
- Develop and maintain reference architectures.
- Drive NVIDIA certification testing and compliance.
- Validate and optimize BOM for performance and compatibility.
- Set up and maintain environments for partners and testing.
- Support PoCs, validation, and certification efforts.
