What you will do
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using defined tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, performing thorough regression testing upon resolution.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and test execution progress.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers within an Agile governance framework.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Must be able to work in a professional office environment in Mauritius.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Desirable).
Nice to have
- SFMC Email Specialist certification.
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
