What you will do

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of the Neo Autonomous Agentic Platform.
• Define reusable agentic engineering patterns, interfaces, and delivery models for SDLC execution.
• Lead implementation strategies for agent workflows, MCP tools, context pipelines, and orchestration patterns.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business visions into executable technical systems.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, and agentic workflow governance.
• Mentor technical leads and advance the platform's technical voice through thought leadership and papers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex software platforms (AI-centric, distributed, or autonomous systems).
• Hands-on expertise in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and REST/OpenAPI.
• Advanced AI/ML experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and retrieval/indexing strategies.
• Strong foundation in microservices, C4 modeling, and contract-first engineering.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical trade-offs.
• Must be based in Colombia.
