What you will do

• Drive and prioritize the end-to-end global field sales tool roadmap in alignment with sales leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of IT Project Managers and IT Service Owners.
• Hold accountability for global tool rollouts and ensure robust governance and scalable operations.
• Partner with global sales stakeholders to proactively drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
• Monitor the retail execution software market and manage relationships with IT software partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English skills are required.
• At least 5 years of experience with field sales applications, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience in an IT context.
• Strong IT and AI expertise with the ability to apply AI technologies to business processes.
• Proven track record of strategic ownership for applications or services portfolios.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Expertise in Program and Project Management.
