What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales support for Dell server, storage, and backup solutions.
• Create and validate complex configurations using vendor tools.
• Guide partners through technical requirements and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Solution Architects on solution design.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions and training for partners.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Dell product portfolio and industry trends.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of experience in enterprise IT technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dell products.
• Solid knowledge of server and storage infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical university degree or relevant vendor certifications are preferred.
