What you will do

• Organize the profitable operation and manage production, business, and financial activities in accordance with legislation.
• Ensure the fulfillment of all obligations to founders, suppliers, customers, and banking institutions.
• Recruit and maintain a team of qualified personnel to support organizational goals.
• Coordinate the work and effective interaction between the enterprise's structural divisions.
• Oversee the legality, accuracy, and timeliness of document execution and tax payments.
• Monitor annual audits and conduct inventories of fixed assets, inventory items, and cash.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Language proficiency: Native Uzbek, Fluent Russian, and Intermediate English.
• Strong communication skills for effective verbal and written interaction.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask efficiently.
• Results-oriented approach with a drive to achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
