What you will do

• Create ML models from scratch or improve existing production models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to deploy models.
• Develop and maintain a reproducible experimentation roadmap and pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize ML models in production to ensure peak performance.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation for ML processes and pipelines.
• Stay current with AI/ML developments to propose innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
• Proficiency in standard ML algorithms, underlying mathematics, and feature engineering.
• Practical experience solving classification and regression tasks.
• Solid software engineering skills with Python and Docker.
• English: Strong upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Spain, Slovakia, Serbia, Poland, Armenia, or Slovenia.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS stack, including Bedrock, SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, and Lambda.
• Practical experience with deep learning models.
• Knowledge of taxonomies or ontologies.
• Experience orchestrating complicated ML workflows and pipelines.
• Proficiency with Spark, Dask, or Great Expectations.
