What you will do

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers based in Singapore.
  • Design and implement a robust, scalable data infrastructure tailored to engineering team needs.
  • Develop software applications and systems to improve self-service capabilities for the organization.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure software aligns with high quality standards.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for deployed software to address evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
  • Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or an engineering-related major.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
