What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (CakePHP/Laravel).
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript and Vue.js when necessary.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP and industry best practices.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and TDD practices.
• Manage SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend experience with PHP.
• Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as CakePHP or Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Vue.js frontend framework.
