What you will do

• Design and evaluate ML and statistical models focusing on NLP, recommender systems, and LLM-based solutions.
• Build and experiment with LLM-powered systems, including agentic workflows and RAG.
• Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality model inputs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production and monitor their performance.
• Investigate and reproduce state-of-the-art research prototypes.
• Supervise Master/Ph.D. students and represent the company at scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proficiency in Python and Machine Learning.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Intermediate proficiency in FastAPI, Celery, and Keycloak.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, including tokenization and named entity recognition (NER).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and interns.
