What you will do

• Manage procurement activities in Southern Ukraine ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and develop status reports for management and maintain proper filing of documents.
• Assist in tenders, local market assessments, and the preparation of documentation for bids committees.
• Advise staff on payment procedures and verify all paperwork before submission to finance.
• Carry out other logistics duties and provide temporary relief across different departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or procurement.
• BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in Ukraine.
• Ability to speak Ukrainian and good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel to rural areas, work weekends, and live in basic conditions.
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience in the humanitarian sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
