What you will do

• Configure and upload creatives into advertising campaigns according to team guidelines.
• Prepare and analyze standard performance reports focusing on CPM, CPC, CTR, and CPA.
• Maintain and update media plans, creative files, and reports in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Support campaign testing and optimization processes to improve performance.
• Participate in the testing of marketing hypotheses and advertising creatives.
• Assist the performance marketing team with analytical, operational, and creative tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately configure ad campaigns following strict guidelines.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining creative assets and media plans.
• Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn performance marketing processes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms.
• Basic understanding of tracking tools such as UTM, GTM, AppsFlyer, or pixels.
