TL;DR

Technical Solution Engineer Intern (AI): Helping customers integrate and optimize AI-powered AdTech and MarTech products with an accent on technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and internal tool development. Focus on solving integration issues, creating technical documentation, and developing Python scripts for data visualization.

What you will do

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure timely and successful adoption of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via close communication with development teams.
  • Develop internal tools and scripts using Python to streamline operations and analyze data.
  • Create comprehensive user and training documentation for smooth product operation.
  • Coordinate feature enhancements and communication between clients and Project Managers.
  • Visit and inspect digital ad placements to verify correct functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience in Python.
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean and professional-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong research, summarization, and data analysis skills.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
  • Self-motivated learner with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Experience with data mining projects to support business decisions.
