TASKS
β’ Develop and execute the market commercial strategy focused on volume, value share, and profitability growth.
β’ Full P&L ownership of the commercial function, including sales budget and ROI management.
β’ Lead pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies with a value-based growth mindset.
β’ Optimize channel strategy across MT / TT / HoReCa, tailored to the Belarusian market.
β’ Drive field force effectiveness and execution excellence at point of sale.
REQUIREMENTS
β’ Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management; MBA is an advantage.
β’ English proficiency B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher.
β’ 7-10+ years of sales experience in international or large FMCG companies.
β’ At least 3 years in a senior commercial leadership role or leading key channels (MT, TT, HoReCa).
β’ Proven experience managing large field and office teams.
