What you will do

• Create and modify crane and lifting equipment designs using CAD and 3D software according to global and regional standards.
• Provide technical engineering support to regional sales, service, and project teams to resolve challenges during installation and operation.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry safety regulations, quality requirements, and company standard practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, manufacturing units, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports for internal and customer use.
• Identify and implement design improvements and product optimizations to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under strict deadlines.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Klang, Malaysia.
