TL;DR

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica. Flexible work environment: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site.

What you will do

  • Interpret medical rules, regulations, and fee schedules from payers including CMS, Medicaid, and Tricare.
  • Build and manipulate federal, state, and commercial coding and financial tables to support product logic.
  • Monitor and maintain tables to align with unpredictable payer updates and evolving regulatory scenarios.
  • Analyze and maintain Medicaid master fee schedules.
  • Use internal loading systems to deploy advanced edit tables into testing and production environments.
  • Collaborate with the Client Implementation Senior Manager to maximize product solution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and coding.
  • High-level knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Atlassian JIRA.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Heredia, Costa Rica.
