What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live with clear success metrics.
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end and shape scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
• Act as a senior thought partner to legal partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations to articulate value and handle complex objections.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, including hiring and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams to surface product gaps and drive resolutions.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment.
• Direct people management experience, including hiring and performance managing a team in a client-facing environment.
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Toronto for on-site work.
