What you will do

• Develop large-scale distributed systems using a microservices architecture.
• Write clean, reusable code following TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Implement and advocate for continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices to ensure high software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative customer experiences and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Utilize the hirify.global Technology Radar to apply the latest tech thinking to client problems.

Requirements

• Experience with Java, Kafka, Quarkus, and React.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, or Kanban.
• Solid understanding of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
