Staff Software Engineer, Driver Validation (Backend/Infrastructure): Designing and scaling mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling for autonomous ride-hailing and fleet management systems with an accent on cross-team collaboration and system scalability. Focus on solving complex real-world problems such as world simulation for regression testing and evaluating software services for autonomous vehicle fleets.
Location: Hybrid or Onsite in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins all commercialization systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop systems and processes as business needs grow.
- Scale systems to meet the demands of commercial expansion and increasing complexity.
- Solve high-complexity problems, including world simulation for regression testing and evaluation of software services managing autonomous fleets.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with C++.
- Experience working in environments including non-technical team members.
- Background in operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
