What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions for FX trading platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead architectural decisions and large-scale refactorings across a shared codebase.
• Promote a culture of code quality through active participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Implement effective unit and E2E testing practices to ensure reliability and performance.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Prague
• Proficiency in React and strict TypeScript programming.
• Experience with TanStack React Query and Apollo Client for server state management.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, testing practices (Vitest, React Testing Library), and code quality principles.
• Experience with Playwright for component and E2E testing, including API mocking strategies.
• Ability to independently drive architectural decisions and lead large-scale refactorings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vite, pnpm monorepos, and micro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of AG Grid, React Hook Form, and Zod schema validation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• UX sensibility and ability to make pragmatic accessibility decisions.
• Scripting and automation skills for CI workflows and code generation.
