What you will do

• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, including analysts and operators, and allocate daily tasks.
• Manage and audit the ISO 9001:2015 certification, acting as the final authority on product release.
• Oversee quality laboratory activities, ensuring the validity and traceability of results and equipment calibration.
• Manage Customer Feedback Reports (CFRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and the CAPA system.
• Direct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes and lead technical investigations using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prioritize safety by conducting regular safety interactions and ensuring all incidents are reported.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor with at least 1 year of active experience.
• Level 2 Certification in NDT (VT, PT, MT).
• English proficiency at an Advanced Level (C1) for technical reporting and international communication.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Practical experience with mechanical laboratory equipment.
• Previous experience in Composite Linings.
