What you will do

• Design, build, and support UiPath automations for document processing and operational workflows.
• Enhance existing RPA processes with agentic AI capabilities and multi-step decisioning.
• Integrate AI and ML components for document classification and data extraction.
• Maintain orchestrated workflows using UiPath queues, triggers, and APIs.
• Ensure secure data exchange between document repositories and internal systems.
• Monitor production automations, troubleshoot failures, and improve system stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer building production RPA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with document-heavy automation such as contracts and reports.
• Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding or AI-based data extraction.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, queues, and exception handling.
• Execution-oriented mindset focused on delivering reliable, production-ready automation.
