What you will do

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects across pricing, marketplace efficiency, and commercial strategy.
• Build complex pricing, forecasting, and commercial models to support scenario planning and performance forecasting.
• Translate ambiguous commercial problems into structured analytical frameworks and measurable business actions.
• Design and scale dashboards, reporting layers, and self-serve analytics tools for commercial stakeholders.
• Lead hypothesis development, test design, and statistical analysis for business experiments.
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders to raise the quality of analytical decision-making.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets and analytical logic.
• Strong expertise in statistics, A/B testing, experiment design, and causal analysis.
• Proven experience building commercial models for pricing and sales forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Looker) and data modeling tools like dbt.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to comply with the hybrid work model.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical senior audiences.
