Senior Data Scientist (Gamedev)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; work arrangement: on-site. Full relocation to Cyprus for the employee and family is provided.

What you will do

• Build and refine predictive models forecasting users' Day 30 payment likelihood from their first seven days of in-game activity.
• Explore and process large volumes of in-game event data to identify behavioral patterns.
• Manage large datasets and deliver timely, accurate analytical insights.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to improve user acquisition decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data science.
• Proven experience creating and implementing predictive models related to customer behavior.
• Strong Python skills and experience with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed analyses.
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• English at B1 level or higher and Russian at B2 level or higher.
