Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic traffic growth
• Conduct keyword research and analyze search intent to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website structure and content for on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.)
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve SEO issues
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates, rankings, and industry trends
• Analyze competitors, traffic opportunities, and SEO performance data
• Create and manage websites using HTML and WordPress CMS
• Launch websites from scratch, configure themes/plugins, and manage content updates
• Develop SEO-focused content strategies aligned with business goals
• Implement and manage white-hat link-building activities
• Work on local SEO optimization and GEO-focused SEO initiatives
• Generate SEO reports and provide data-driven recommendations
• Coordinate SEO initiatives across content, development, and marketing teams
• Use AI tools to generate and optimize content, images, and code

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong expertise in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, and SEO strategy execution
• Hands-on experience with HTML and WordPress CMS
• Experience conducting SEO audits and resolving technical SEO issues
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, and SEMrush
• Experience with link-building and backlink profile management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with SEO performance data
• Experience with local SEO and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and SEO operations
• Leadership skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• English level — Intermediate or higher
