Senior Talent Development Manager (HR)

TL;DR

Senior Talent Development Manager (HR): Designing and implementing learning and talent development programs to align employee growth with business objectives with an accent on leadership capability and performance. Focus on scaling development initiatives, driving organizational culture changes, and integrating AI into HR/L&D processes.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas (up to 2 remote days per week)

Salary: €2,500–€4,500 per month

What you will do

• Design and drive learning and talent development programs across dedicated departments.
• Partner with leadership to identify development needs and boost talent density and leadership capability.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions for individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
• Shape organizational culture and implement change management initiatives.
• Implement AI adoption from an HR and L&D perspective to equip employees for transformation.
• Measure program impact using data and feedback to refine learning solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design and deliver learning programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional group facilitation and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong experience in cultural and change management initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience with DISC.
