What you will do

• Develop PCB designs from schematic capture to final layout.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and design for manufacturing (DFM/DFA) principles.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure PCB fit within enclosures.
• Liaise with production teams and suppliers to verify manufacturability and assembly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Mentor junior technicians in PCB design practices and tool usage.

Requirements

• Minimum T3/N6/S4 Diploma in Electronic Engineering (B-Tech or Advanced Diploma preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in PCB design.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer.
• Strong understanding of multi-layer PCB design, RF design, and signal integrity.
• Ability to interpret electronic schematics and 3D mechanical drawings.
• Excellent documentation and version management practices.
