What you will do

• Own and manage all content needs for assigned product pillars.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create clear and concise microcopy.
• Provide UX/UI feedback for the product areas under your responsibility.
• Write Help Center articles, including how-to guides, tutorials, and best practices.
• Create user assistance content such as walk-mes and sidebar guidance.
• Define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide and design system assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content.
• Native English proficiency (mother-tongue).
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to match different customer personas and use cases.
• High degree of autonomy in managing and prioritizing tasks.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask.
• Must be based in Ireland to support the hybrid model (3 days/week in Dublin office).
