What you will do

• Lead the full development lifecycle of decisioning platforms from design to implementation.
• Architect and maintain robust, scalable underwriting rules aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement advanced monitoring and alerting systems for automated decisioning integrity.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Credit, and Business Operations teams to define and implement complex logic updates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to shape data architecture and ensure reliable data availability.
• Analyze and resolve decisioning anomalies to drive continuous process optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with decision engines in the financial services or FinTech industry.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and solid working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with SQL and a desire to learn LUA.
• Proven ability to independently solve complex problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
