What you will do

• Oversee all current banking operations and the implementation of the bank's development strategy.
• Ensure the bank's profitability, financial stability, liquidity, and capital adequacy.
• Establish and manage an effective corporate governance system and risk management framework.
• Represent the bank in relations with the NBU, state authorities, and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with banking legislation, AML/CFT, and sanctions requirements.
• Coordinate activities between the Management Board and structural divisions.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking/financial sector, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Ukrainian banking regulations and NBU requirements.
• Experience in risk management, internal controls, AML/CFT, and sanctions compliance.
• Ability to obtain approval from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
• Fluency in English and/or Ukrainian.
