What you will do

• Execute compliance monitoring programs and risk assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and controls to ensure robust quality assurance.
• Perform follow-up testing to verify that identified compliance gaps have been resolved.
• Manage regular reviews and annual updates of company policies to align with regulatory changes.
• Coordinate group-wide audits between internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for staff.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Legal, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar compliance role.
• Experience within a multi-regulated investment firm is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
