Security Support Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze security logs to optimize alerting and triage processes.
• Provide expert cybersecurity support for security controls, configuration management, and privileged access management.
• Perform technical analysis on network and host activity to identify and mitigate threats.
• Execute and improve SOC playbooks and assist in incident response and computer forensics.
• Participate in an on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to strengthen the security posture of organizational assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Security or IT administration.
• Fundamental understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, IP networks, and security tooling.
• Proficient in English language.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Successful completion of a background check and submission of a Certificate of Character.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CySA, or CEH.
• Knowledge of firewall/WAF and privileged access management tools.
