What you will do

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors.
• Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments to provide a holistic understanding of potential risks.
• Analyze and synthesize trends using internal data and public blockchain information.
• Evaluate TradFi-related product offerings and market structures, specifically focusing on real-world assets and tokenization.
• Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather critical insights.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Marketing teams to support research initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in crypto/blockchain companies, venture capital research, or traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, capital markets).
• Proficiency with on-chain data platforms and the ability to interpret blockchain data.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science; CFA is a plus.
