What you will do
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure maximum return on technology investment.
- Manage the implementation phase by converting solution designs into concrete technical builds.
- Provide post-implementation support, including incident resolution and planning configuration changes.
- Mentor teammates and clients through both formal training and informal guidance.
- Proactively identify service improvements and develop reusable technical content.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional weekend and public holiday coverage.
Requirements
- Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
- 5+ years of experience supporting mission-critical Java applications.
- 5+ years of experience within the financial services sector.
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role.
- Proficiency in writing queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience querying RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PCI DSS standards.
- Experience with Mastercard or Visa card processing networks.
