What you will do

  • Triage and assess patient medical side effects and enquiries primarily via email.
  • Ensure timely, accurate medical responses adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor patient progress and initiate outreach to increase treatment adherence.
  • Coordinate with general practitioners and pharmacies for medication delivery and care.
  • Conduct 4-month and 8-month patient reviews under the guidance of the medical team.
  • Share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team to improve the service.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse.
  • 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent writing skills for clear, patient-friendly email communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with triaging in clinic or emergency settings.
  • Previous experience in telehealth.
  • Passion for weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
