What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects across different industries and time zones, overseeing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead discovery phases with new clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Translate complex business requirements into manageable iterations and actionable engineering backlogs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Execute presales activities, including scoping new engagements and writing project proposals.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure delivered features meet client expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience specifically within a digital agency environment.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• English: C1 level or above required for client-facing communication.
• Proven experience in presales, scoping, and conducting discovery workshops.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery processes and tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear.
• Ability to coordinate work across US and European time zones.
