Location: On-site in Minsk

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and suites based on project specifications and requirements.
  • Create detailed bug reports with root cause analysis, including database records and log file excerpts.
  • Perform smoke, regression, functional, and non-functional testing to ensure product stability.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across the US, Israel, Minsk, and Guatemala.
  • Partner with stakeholders and product owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and overall product efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer for Web or Mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and assert against database records.
  • High level of English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Minsk.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Allure TestOps, and Linux.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress or Appium.
  • Experience with performance and load testing using JMeter.
