What you will do

  • Identify EHS statutory requirements and perform risk assessments based on the country of project location.
  • Develop EHS plans and support management in obtaining required permits, authorizations, and certificates.
  • Implement training concepts and review contractors' safe work method statements and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and define necessary corrective measures.
  • Investigate and record all incidents, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented and monitored.
  • Evaluate contractor EHS performance and provide technical requirements for project procurement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of site-related experience in industrial or construction business.
  • Technical competencies in Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, and Safety Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of EU directives and national OSH/environmental laws and regulations.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proven intercultural skills and readiness for international travel.
