What you will do

• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, internal regulations, and disciplinary notices.
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor law and monitor legislative changes.
• Provide legal guidance to the HR department and manage employee relations issues.
• Lead and manage disciplinary processes in accordance with legal requirements.
• Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding documentation process.
• Conduct legal research on labor legislation in various jurisdictions to support business expansion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably within an international IT company.
• Deep knowledge of Colombian labor law.
• English: C1 level (strong business communication) required.
• Proficiency in agreement drafting and revision.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Result-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
