TL;DR

Client & Partner Solutions Specialist (Fintech): Managing back-office operations and providing high-quality support to clients and partners with an accent on trade investigations, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Focus on resolving complex financial queries, collaborating with payment service providers, and maintaining high service standards within the forex industry.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus, with appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Respond to client inquiries and issues with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Manage daily back-office responsibilities and address internal stakeholder requests.
  • Confirm payment statuses and investigate transactional issues.
  • Liaise with payment service providers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Identify and report operational issues related to in-house and third-party software.
  • Adhere to internal policies, escalation procedures, and reporting obligations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
  • Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing departments.
  • Strong understanding of the forex industry.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and manager tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and various payment systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in partner support.
  • Proficiency in trade investigations and resolving financial queries.
