What you will do

• Drive global C&B initiatives and develop variable remuneration systems.
• Implement targeted incentive models aligned with corporate goals across various functions.
• Optimize global C&B processes and tools while ensuring international legal compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarks to derive strategic recommendations and salary bands.
• Lead regional and global C&B projects as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
• Manage annual bonus and salary review cycles in cooperation with HR Controlling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a Bachelor’s with extensive exhirify.globalence.
• 7–10 years of professional HR exhirify.globalence, specifically in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Deep understanding of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and operational HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Exhirify.globalence collaborating with works councils and solid knowledge of German labor law.
• Business fluency in both German and English (B2-C1 level).

Nice to have

• High proficiency in HR IT systems such as Successfactors.
