What you will do

• Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO and Board, including day-to-day office management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the CEO's office.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
• Conduct research and prepare briefing materials and presentations for key meetings.
• Coordinate local promotional events and support various strategic initiatives.
• Oversee procurement topics, expense reporting, and general office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience, ideally within the finance sector.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (French proficiency is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work under deadline pressure.
