What you will do

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies for the Kenyan market.
• Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing and rollout plans.
• Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate success based on KPIs.
• Conduct market research on ethics, culture, and customs for new region penetration.
• Coordinate the marketing team and manage delegated projects.
• Support marketing events, exhibitions, and ongoing regional activities.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Native Swahili speaker and very good knowledge of English.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan market.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics, metrics, and digital marketing skills.
• Must be based in Kenya.
