Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Malta office (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through creative channels and networking.
- Improve recruitment processes, interview structures, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Malta office.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Background in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise leadership teams.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting within the iGaming or technology sectors.
- Exposure to international or remote hiring practices.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
