TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (iGaming): Managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions with an accent on building talent pipelines and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment. Focus on partnering with leadership to shape hiring strategy, improving recruitment processes, and championing a high-quality candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Malta office (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through creative channels and networking.
  • Improve recruitment processes, interview structures, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Malta office.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Background in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise leadership teams.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting within the iGaming or technology sectors.
  • Exposure to international or remote hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
