What you will do

• Partner with Product, Finance, GTM, and Growth teams to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
• Define key metrics, design experiments, and measure the impact of product and business initiatives.
• Model data using dbt and pull from various sources to ensure reliable, trusted analytical outputs.
• Build scalable dashboards and reporting to empower self-service data access across the company.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to proactively identify business opportunities and surface critical insights.
• Help shape the data team's operational standards, tooling, and ways of working as the company scales.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid grasp of data modeling and building reliable analytical work.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence decisions through data storytelling.
• Genuine depth in at least one area: data modeling, experimentation, machine learning, or product analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal process.
• Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product-led or B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Hex, and Dagster.
• Prior experience as an early data hire at a fast-growing company.
