What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair YieldStar systems at customer sites.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues, escalating to central support when necessary.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and parts replacement.
• Provide technical training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Document technical issues and propose system improvements.
• Support and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or legally authorized to work in Chitose, Japan.
• Language: Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English for daily use.
• Legal: Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy both independently and within a team.
