About the Role

You will own quality across web and frontend product experiences, define quality standards, and help to raise the bar for reliability as we scale. You will work with product, design, and engineering to test and automate critical user flows across our frontend stack, focusing on Next.js, Playwright, Jest, and Percy.

Requirements

• Strong experience testing modern web applications
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, Playwright, Jest, and visual regression testing
• A high-ownership mindset and strong product judgment
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguous problems
• Ability to think clearly about quality in systems that are complex, high-traffic, and user-critical
• Clear communicator who can drive bugs to resolution and improve team habits around quality
• Nice to have: Experience automating web3 flows like wallet connections, signing, and transactions

Responsibilities

• Own QA for web and frontend experiences end to end
• Build and maintain automated test coverage across critical user journeys
• Create reliable testing workflows using Playwright, Jest, and Percy
• Help ensure quality across products used by both institutional and retail customers
• Test complex frontend flows tied to perps, portfolio management, and other high-volume product experiences
• Catch regressions early and improve release confidence
• Partner closely with engineers to improve quality throughout development, not just before launch
• Help establish the foundations, tooling, and process for QA as the company grows
