What you will do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos including product demos, explainers, and storytelling formats.
• Develop compelling narratives through strategic pacing, rhythm, and structure.
• Integrate motion graphics, b-roll, captions, and sound design to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, founders, and growth managers to refine concepts.
• Transform raw scripts and screen recordings into high-quality final deliverables.
• Optimize video content specifically for YouTube retention and watch time.

Requirements

• Proven experience with image and video GenAI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to deliver creative content end-to-end with high attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
• Strong sense of visual and marketing culture.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Almaty.
